1:1 Psychotherapy Services

My naturally curious, calm and intuitive nature helps me create a therapeutic space that feels warm, non-shaming and compassionate. It’s a relational space where you’re invited to explore who you truly are, and make sense of the experiences that have shaped you.
While we might focus on the “here-and-now” in our work together, I also gently hold in mind that earlier life experiences often continue to shape how we feel about ourselves and how we relate to the world around us. For this reason, I weave together exploration of both your present and your past – supporting you in understanding where you are today.
Difficult or painful experiences don’t always look like abuse, neglect or trauma. Sometimes, simply not feeling safe or emotionally supported – even for a short time – can create ripples that affect us for years to come.
Together, we can help you to:
☑︎ Reconnect with who you are now, and gently make sense of what you’ve been through.
☑︎ Build self-compassion, inner trust, and a sense of and emotional safety – at a pace that feels right for you.
☑︎ Break free from old coping habits like perfectionism, people-pleasing, or constant busyness.
☑︎ Explore what matters to you now — and find new meaning, purpose, or direction.
☑︎ Reflect on the beliefs and expectations that may no longer be serving you.
☑︎ Feel a little less weighed down by what you’ve been carrying.
☑︎ Understand your own needs more clearly, and what might be keeping you feeling stuck.
☑︎ Feel less overwhelmed, anxious or low – and more grounded in yourself.
☑︎ Feel more connected to yourself and others.
☑︎ Find ways to carry your losses with love, and without feeling like healing means forgetting.
Whatever your experience, I will meet you exactly where you are — without judgment, advice, or platitudes. What you’ve been through will always matter, but it doesn’t have to define you. You don’t have to live in the shadow of your past- you deserve moments of joy, peace and contentment. You deserve a life that feels more spacious, meaningful, and your own – even if that’s felt out of reach for a long time.
Why choose online therapy?
Online therapy became more popular during the pandemic, but it’s been around for much longer — and for good reason. It offers flexibility, accessibility, and comfort that many people find invaluable.

☑︎ It fits into your life. With no need to travel, it’s easier to make space for therapy around work, parenting, or other commitments.
☑︎ You’re not limited by geography. Whether you live remotely, travel often, or work in a different location from home, online therapy offers consistent support wherever you are.
☑︎ You can feel more at ease. Being in your own familiar surroundings can help reduce some of the anxiety that may come with starting therapy.
☑︎ You can find the right therapist for you. Working online opens up access to a wider network of professionals, making it easier to find someone you feel truly connected to — which is one of the most important factors in therapeutic success.
To get the most from your sessions, you’ll need a secure internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet space where you feel safe and uninterrupted.
My sessions are for you if:
☑︎ You’re feeling stressed, disconnected and weighed down by everyone else’s expectations.
☑︎ The pressure to “move on” after a major life event feels crushing – and you’re unsure what that even looks like.
☑︎ You want to explore your emotional world, understand your feelings, and make sense of what’s happening in your relationships.
☑︎ You’re navigating a shift in identity due to life changes like becoming a parent, getting married, or starting a new career – and it feels unsettling.
☑︎ You’ve lost touch with your own needs, often putting others first, and now feel resentful, exhausted, or invisible.
☑︎ You identify as neurodivergent, introverted or highly sensitive (HSP) and often find that the world feels overwhelming or exhausting.
☑︎ You grew up while navigating complex family relationships with your parents, and it still shapes how you relate to others – and to yourself.
☑︎ You’ve been told you’re “too sensitive” and have learned to hide your true feelings, even from those closest to you.
☑︎ You’re hoping to to reconnect with yourself and gently rebuild your sense of identity – on your own terms.
☑︎ You want to explore difficult or confusing feelings in a space that’s human, collaborative, and compassionate.
☑︎ You’re looking to deepen your self-understanding, care for your emotional wellbeing, or find more meaning in your life.
