I bring warmth, curiosity, and a down-to-earth approach to our work together. When words are hard to find or feelings feel out of reach, we might use metaphor, humour, or creative and trauma-informed approaches to help you connect with what’s going on beneath the surface – especially when talking alone doesn’t feel enough.
