Individual Online Counselling for Adults in the UK
How I work
You’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and a down-to-earth approach to our work together. When words are hard to find or feelings feel out of reach, we may use metaphor, humour, or creative and trauma-informed approaches to help you connect with what’s going on beneath the surface – especially when talking alone doesn’t feel enough.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you – it’s about untangling what’s been holding you back. It’s a space to get curious about yourself, explore how your life experiences — past and present — influence who you are today, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and true to you and your values. My role is not only to listen, but to help you understand yourself more clearly. Shaped by professional experience and lived experience, we work at depth to support lasting change.
If you’re ready – or even just curious – to understand yourself better, I will support you to start letting go of the beliefs and expectations that have been quietly undermining your confidence and self-esteem, and build the foundation for a life that feels meaningful and genuinely connected.
Who I work with
Many of the people I work with carry a sense, deep down, that something is wrong with them — even when everything looks fine on the outside.
They worry they’re being “too much”, not “resilient” enough, or have a lingering sense of being misunderstood.
Yet despite reading every self-help book, trying all the online advice, or even trying to be someone else, how they feel doesn’t seem to change.
Individual online therapy is a space to slow this down, explore what’s been shaping these patterns, and develop a more understanding relationship with yourself — rather than feeling you have to keep adapting yourself to fit in.

Why choose online therapy?
☑︎ It fits into your life. With no need to travel, it’s easier to make space for therapy around work, parenting, or other commitments.
☑︎ You’re not limited by geography. Whether you live remotely, travel often, or work in a different location from home, online therapy offers consistent support wherever you are.
☑︎ You can feel more at ease. Being in your own familiar surroundings can help reduce some of the anxiety that may come with starting therapy.
☑︎ You can find the right therapist for you. Working online opens up access to a wider network of professionals, making it easier to find someone you feel truly connected to — which is one of the most important factors in therapeutic success.
Online therapy is now a well-established way of working that offers flexibility, accessibility, and comfort that many people find invaluable.
To get the most from your sessions, you’ll need a secure internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet space where you feel safe and uninterrupted.
